Prayers for the youth and marriages – 23 Oct 2008 James 1:3 Because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Father we lift up to you every youth right now. We thank you for their lives. We pray a prayer of blessing and encouragement over their lives right now. Teach them Lord that they are defined in You and that their identity is in You. Help them Lord find their security in You and not in anything else. Father, we offer our prayers right now as a battle cry for the youth of the next generation. You are shaking the earth right now, and we pray that generations of young men and women of God would rise and take ownership of their destiny. In Jesus name we pray, amen. © 2008 Shaun Lee

Father, we pray for every marriage right now. We thank you for the faithfulness of those of us who have continued to pray with me over the course of this series. Father, we pray that marriages would find strength and encouragement in You. We pray that they would feel the Lord’s presence through out prayers. Father, we cry out to you right now that our prayers would be heard and answered. In your name O Lord. Thank you God for every marriage. We honor their commitment, their vows, and challenges they may face daily. But with God, all things are possible. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
