Prayers for the youth and marriages – 15 Oct 2008

In Christ we can do all things. Today, we pray for every child, every youth, that they will begin to cling and desire Jesus more than material gain, more than money, more than computer games, more than toys. How could this be achieved O Lord? In the name of Jesus we pray for children who would be hungry and thirsty for You, for your word, and for their destiny. Father, we pray for more teachers of the Word, who would spread the Word of God in ways that will pierce the hearts of everyone. Give us the faith, perseverance, and strength to pray and never give up hoping for the next generation and the generations to come. In Jesus name we pray, amen. 1 Timothy 1:12 I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has given me strength, that he considered me faithful, appointing me to his service. © 2008 Shaun Lee

The Lord has chosen you and your spouse to be united as one for a reason. Today and everyday O Lord, we pray that couples would take a few minutes out of their day to pray a prayer of blessing over their spouse. In Jesus name, we pray for You O Lord to be the solid and firm foundation in marriages. Where we have neglected praying for our spouses, where we have neglected praying for our children, where we have neglected pray for You to reign in our household, we ask for Your forgiveness O Lord. God help us. In the name of Jesus we pray for transformation to take place right now in every family. A lasting legacy is going to take place. We thank you always. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
