Word of Encouragement for Every New Day ~ 20 June 2008

Poised for victory: The Path Psalm 51:10 Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Today I end my series with a topic that will lead to my new series tomorrow on: What is your journey. Today’s word of encouragement is a vital component to fully walking in victory in life. Knowing the path that God has planned for you is unique to you, and no one else can live your life but you. We have got to remember this everyday of our lives, because the enemy is always there trying to make us forget that. God was leading me to this topic to conclude this series because as I pray, I can feel that many of us have fallen short of victory in our lives, because we have failed to recognize His plans. Or, we may know His plans yet we are stubbornly choosing to ignore that path. There are two outcomes, we either choose God’s path or we choose our path. God is looking at us, those that are walking steadfastly. We may sin, we may fall, we may get hurt, but if we are always turning our eyes to God to lead and direct our steps, we will never fail to be on the path.
