Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 12 Dec 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Father we pray for our children. We pray that they would begin to see their callings their destiny. We pray for every youth to be challenged to go and grow deeper. In the name of Jesus we thank You for every life, even the ones that are seen as the most sinful. O Lord we pray that You would help teach us how to speak into the lives of our youth. Help us to instil Godly principles and foundations in their lives so that they would have the wisdom to know what is from You and what is not. Father, we pray that our children would grow hungry and thirsty for You. We pray that they would desire to change their lifestyle. We pray that they would redefine the meaning of being cool. Today, we thank You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Holy God, we pray right now that You would set us free for all the chains that bind us. We pray for amazing breakthroughs to take place within every marriage. Where we have failed to say sorry, to forgive, to repent, to change-in the NAME OF JESUS WE BREAK THESE CHAINS. Today, we pray that every marriage would be defined by You O Lord. We pray that forgiveness, Lordship, and the act of apologizing would be core, the centre, and the heart beat of all marriages. Father, You are the rock and solid foundation of our marriage. In order for us not to allow a single ounce or any room for the devil to reign in our marriage, we need to forgive, let go, and say sorry. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
