Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 24 Mar 2010 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

We pray for our children today O Lord. We pray for hearts to be broken. We pray for spirits to be humbled, bowed to One, and souls utterly surrendered to You O Lord. We seek You O Lord. We pray that our youth would learn to respect authority and those who are older then them. Father, it is through this we will be restored. It is through respecting those who are older, where we can be moulded and used by You. O Lord, we cry out on behalf of our children. We seek You O Lord, to give us the wisdom and guidance. Many take their lives for granted. Many are selfish. O Lord, break our hearts today so we can be moulded by You. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Guide every marriage today O Lord. Teach us how to love when we are not loved back. Teach us to forgive when we give selflessly. Teach us how to care when many choose not to. We pray that our homes would be defined by You. We pray that You would be our solid rock and foundation. O Lord, we pray for Your name to be exalted and praised everyday. We pray for Your light to shine upon the earth. We pray for Your name to be exalted upon the earth. In the name of Jesus guide us through the toughest hours. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
