Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 20 Mar 2010 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

We pray for our children who take their lives and the comfort of this world for granted. We pray that we would be able to open the hearts and eyes of our children so that they would be able to care for the things You care about O Lord. We pray that our children would be able to carry the joy and the love of the Lord throughout the world. We pray that our children would be shining lights that will make a difference in this world. God almighty we pray that You would shake the very foundations we have built our lives on so that You O Lord can be our solid foundation. We pray right now that we would surrender and give everything to You. You O Lord take control. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

Father, in the name of Jesus we pray that You would pour Your love upon every marriage right now. We pray that You would pour joy, peace, patience, kindness, and gentleness upon every husband and wife. We live in an impatient world with a lack of self-control. In Jesus mighty name O Lord, we pray that we would ingrain in our hearts a life of being on guard against division and causing more bitterness. Today O Lord, we pray for marriages to bind together like never before. We pray for unity and strength through every season. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
