Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 12 May 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Father, we pray right now for our children. We thank you for the gifts, talents, and purpose that You have given to each child. Today, we pray that we would not hold back our children from fulfilling their destiny. Father, some may walk against the grain of life. Some may charter across unchartered ground. But Lord, we pray right now that we would not hold them back. We pray that You would give us the comfort, the security, and strength to know that our children will do find because they are doing the will of God. Father, we pray right now that You would open our eyes and remove the cloudy vision. Life is more than money, success, fame, and wealth. All these things we cannot bring up to heaven. Today, we pray that our children would live their lives to the fullest because they are fulfilling Your plans. In Jesus name we pray, amen. � 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

You O Lord are our mighty healer. We pray right now for every marriage. We pray that You would heal the wounds, scars, pains, and sufferings from the past, present, and future. In the name of Jesus we pray for every couple right now that have been longing to have children. We pray that You would heal our hearts right now. Father, we pray that these couples would not runaway from You but run towards You. In the name of Jesus we pray that Your healing hand would be upon every womb, every man that is infertile. You O Lord are in control. We pray for every marriage that has been held back because of the past issues. We pray that healing can take place. We pray that restoration can take place. We pray that forgiveness can take place. Must of all though, we pray that our past issues would never hold us back. Father, we pray for every marriage and the plans that You have. Help us be reminded that our marriage has been made for a reason. Help us to see O Lord. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Praying for Pakistan and for swine flu ~ 12 May 2009 Psalm 18:2 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

The Lord says, be still and know that I am God. Though war may rise against us, of whom shall we be afraid? Whom share we fear? With God who can be against us? Father, we pray for strength right now. We pray for perseverance. We pray for boldness and a courageous heart. We pray for the chaos and terrorism that continues to persist in the Middle East. We pray for Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq. We pray for the US soldiers currently based in Iraq. We pray that You would protect their minds, hearts and soul. Remove fear of man, and instill the fear of the Lord. Father, You are our comfort and shelter. You are our tower of strength. Help us O Lord. It is easy to give up. It is easy to fall short of our destiny. But today O Lord, we pray that we would not fall short. Help us to see and believe that You O Lord have a great and mighty plan for these nations. In Jesus name we pray, amen. � 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Father, we pray for the swine flu right now. Thank you O Lord for the current status. Though many lives have been taken, it is not as severe as other outbreaks. Lord we continue to pray for this virus, families, and people who have been affected by this virus. Lord, we pray that we would be able to minister to these people. We pray that this outbreak would serve as a reminder, a warning, and a mark in our lives to change. Every day counts, we cannot relive the second that just past. We have a role and purpose in life to help those find meaning in life. Without the Lord we are nothing. There are many viruses, there are many evil men out there trying to take life away. We cannot wait any longer. It is time we pour the love of the Lord on this world. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 11 May 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Father, we pray right now that You would anoint our children with the gift and the ability to discern what is right from wrong. We pray right now for our children who have gone through broken relationships with their parents. Lord Jesus, if we do not heal and restore broken relationships, hurt, suffering, and pain, we will bring this on into the future, into our marriages, and we could even pass this on to our children. Today, we pray that we would choose to be set free from any hurt and broken relationships. We pray for mending. We pray for restoration. We pray for healing. Father, we cry out to You. We pray that Your loving kindness would break the stronghold. Open the eyes of every heart right now. We break pride. We break self-righteousness. We all need a self-check. As we continue to pray for marriages, we pray that every couple would recognise the importance in healing their past. Any unresolved issues, unforgiveness, hurt, bitterness, and issues from the past will be past on into your marriage and to your children if we do not ask the Lord to heal and to forgive. Furthermore, we need to have restoration take place between the parties involved. Today, the Lord wants us to go back into our past so that we can move on. If we are trying to move on our own way, we will fail. Today, let us do things the way God wants. Father, give us the strength. Give us the courage and boldness to face our past so that we can walk forward anew. There are too many broken relationships. There are too many marriages that have been rocked because of the past. There are too many couples unwilling to change. Today, we break this. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Father, as we continue to pray for Pakistan. We thank You right now that You are in control. That Your plans have remain the same yesterday today the same. Lord, through the darkness, through the unknown, and through the chaos, we pray that Your children would be able to understand and comprehend the difference between the will of God and the will of man. Father, we pray right now that Your plans would come to past. As this nation continues to shake and remove its former foundations, we pray that You would lay Your solid foundations right now. We pray for every life. From the youngest to the oldest. In the name of Jesus we pray for your protection. May every person know the name of the Lord today. Father, as we continue to lift our prayers towards those that are sick and dying, we pray right now that You would comfort those that are critically ill. Father, it is sad that millions do not know the name of Jesus. We pray right now that we would find our confidence and our strength in You O Lord. For those that know You and are dying. We pray that You would bring confidence, strength, and great faith. Death is part of life. We pray against the fear of death. We pray for the fear of the Lord. Help us today O Lord. Father, give us the strength and perseverance to pray for our children daily. Lord, we pray that our desire to nurture them, teach them, train them, love them, and teach them the meaning of having a relationship with God would be our passion. Many find it a chore and a burden to pray for our children. To spend time with them. Lord Jesus, You have given every child to us for a reason. They are a blessing. Help us to see them through Your eyes and not our own. Today, we choose to do things Your way and not ours. Today, we choose to love and not hate. We choose to build and not destroy. Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 30 Apr 2009 Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

Father we wait patiently for You to move. We pray that our children would not make any rash decisions in life because of circumstances. Because of divorce, broken marriages, hurting and non-existing parents many children are faced with huge obstacles to climb. The question of why God? Why did you have to give me these parents? I wish I was never born! Father, You hear every heart. You know every bleeding heart. We pray right now that You would comfort every child. Even the hardened heart. Lord Jesus, we pray right now that we would be able to make bold steps forward because of our prayers. We pray that generations of youths would be transformed because we chose today to pray for them, to bless them, and value them. In Jesus name we pray, amen. � 2009 Lee Shaun Tzen

Right now in the name of Jesus we pray that the words, failed marriage would not be in our dictionary. We pray that we would recognise the consequences and tough life ahead when we give up on our marriage. Marriage has been made by God. A bond that cannot be broken. We break it now, we will be left with scares till the end. We cannot live the past. We cannot be angry. It is time to forgive, heal, resolve, and move on. We cannot move on if we cannot forgive. We cannot move on if we cannot heal. We cannot move on if we cannot resolve. The people that are most affect, hurt, and destroyed are not the couple, but the children. Today, open our eyes Father. Today, open our hearts that we may see and feel what You feel. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
