Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 29 Oct 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Lord we cannot runaway from the Word of God. We pray right now that our children would continue to strive and not give up reading and meditating on Your Word. Father, we pray that You would pour love, energy, strength, and grace on Your children. It is You who gives us meaning in life. You give us a reason for living. Today, we pray that our children would begin to identify with You. We pray for the loners and the disconnected children. Help them find a family. YOUR FAMILY O Lord. Where we have failed to encourage forgive us Father. We pray that Your glory, power, and strengthen would reign upon the generations. We Your children, worship You and You alone. Father, help us to be faithful in the little things. Help us Father to love our children as much as You love us all. In Jesus name we pray, amen. � 2009 Shaun Lee

Father, we pray for couples who will continue to grow hungry and thirsty for everything in life that pleases You. We pray for strong convictions today. We pray for higher standards to be set in place so we will continue to guard our marriage. Lord Jesus we pray for the complacent, those who do not care about the things that You care about. We in our own human strength and abilities think we are okay and what we are doing is okay. But Father if it is not okay with You then we must change. Father, we need to set a standard above others. Today, we pray that every married couple would be used by You to be a light, to restore, and to heal those who need help most. We pray that they would begin to see and recognise that You are all we need. In the name of Jesus we pray that Your love would reign in every marriage. Strengthen us today. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
