Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 25 Aug 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

Lord Jesus, we pray right now that every youth would turn their hearts towards You. We pray that our children would stop fighting against You. Instead we pray they would fight for You. We pray for sons and daughters who will rise up and become men and women. No longer babies who whine and complain. O Lord, where we have been complacent forgive us. Where we have neglected to teach and nurture our children forgive us Father. Today, we pray for change. We pray for a change in attitude and spirit. Help us light the way for our children. O Lord, this is the hour. We praise and honour You always. In Jesus name we pray, amen. � 2008 Lee Shaun Tzen

Thank you for every marriage. We pray right now that You would be the guide, light, and comfort to every marriage. For many marriages I sense that 2008 was a tough year. But we focus our prayers for 2009 and praise that it will be a year of miracles. We pray that marriages would begin to praise and honour You Lord. Father, You are in control. We surrender our marriages to You today. Help us Father. Help us see our blind spots. Help us to remove our stubborn ways so that we can love more and more. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
