Prayers for the youth and marriages ~ 26 Sep 2009 1 Corinthians 12:26 If one suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.

We thank You O Lord for the power of prayer. We pray that through our prayers, millions of children all over the world will be touched, transformed, and blessed. Father, our prayers alone are useless. It is only You and You alone that can do the impossible. O Lord, we pray that our children would grow deeper today. May their foundations be shaken because of You. Many children O Lord are lost and do not know why there were created. They need You Father. They need You more and more. In Your mercy and grace, help us Father. Help us to teach and set an example to our children. Today, we pray that our children would grow deeper in the Word of God. Thank You O Lord for the grace and perseverance that You have given to every marriage. In us has the power and capacity to withstand the temptation from the enemy. We know this because of the Word of God. There is no temptation too much for us to handle. We pray for grace. We pray that husbands and wives would learn how to pour more grace upon their marriage. We pray that parents and children would learn to pour more grace upon one another. We live in a world that is already against us, why do we want to be against our own family? Just as our Lord Jesus Christ has gives us grace for all our sins, we must show love towards one another through grace. Father, we do not close our eyes. We do not slack-off. We take ownership and responsibility of our marriage and families. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
